The food and atmosphere was absolutely amazing here. The D.j was on point with the music. Where they failed short was the service. Our waitress was extremely rude and behind. We had a reservations at 11am.They started getting busy around 1pm. From the time we were seated at 11:15am, it took 35 minutes before our waitress brought us water. After we received the water, we wanted to put in actual drink orders. She had a complete attitude. She rushed us to get our food orders in as if the restaurant was busy and it wasn't. Service was a disaster to say the least. I could go on and on, but clearly after we got the bill, we see that gratuity is already included, which is probably why they provide poor service. This will keep me from returning to this restaurant.
Had my 47 bday dinner here. Had a ball. Food great, customer service. Free V IP bday with a drink. Well definitely be back
We had a great time! It was brunch with benefits it what they called it. I love this place it was popping in a Sunday morning. Met a lot of people. Music games just a really nice atmosphere
Went out to celebrate my friends wedding anniversary as they raved about the band there, so I went. I did not hear the waitress name I can only describe her as younger staff with braids light skin tone. So she became irate because I had questions about the drink I wanted. She was confrontational as she told me, “You must have not ever been out near the strip before”, and” if you wanted a drink you liked you should go home and make it”. I Wanted a peaceful nite for my friends I ate this one up , when I should have asked for the manager. The crowd was mature and engaging , which brings me to the band… great music sound and singing old and new school. Will return next Vegas trip hopefully the service will improve.
